Meet the friendly staff at Amelia Pointe Veterinary Services!

Dr. Branch has lived in Florida for the past 13 years but is originally from Georgia. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BS in Biology. Afterwards he attended Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine where he received his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. His interests include but are not limited to dermatology, internal medicine, and orthopedic surgeries. He has a passion for not only the care and treatment of his patients but also client education.

Mandy Branch, the practice manager  was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She moved to Fernandina when she was 16 years old. After graduating from high school she attended Georgia Southern University where she received a BS in Early Childhood Education. Mandy worked as an elementary school teacher for many years. She is excited for this new adventure of being the office manager at this new veterinary practice and daycare. 

We would like to introduce our new veterinarian, Dr. Savannah Bean Spence. Dr. Savannah was born and raised here in Fernandina Beach. Dr. Savannah enjoys hanging out on the beach, going for runs, and spending time with her dog. She currently has one dog named Yeager, a German Shorthaired Pointer (that seems like having 3 dogs!) She attended The University of North Carolina at Pembroke for her undergrad and went to vet school at the University of Illinois. During Dr. Savannah's school breaks, she worked as a veterinary technician with Dr. Branch. She also did internships while in vet school with Dr. Branch, Dr. Jay Erne at Veterinary Orthopaedic and Mobility Center as well as No More Homeless Pets. We are so excited Dr. Savannah decided to join our practice and work with Dr. Branch. We hope all of you get to meet her at one of your visits.
